The 9 Ways Around the Well: A Practice Toward Wholeness
Intention;
To generate generosity of heart
by cultivating aliveness to all parts of us,
There is a Well within you.
A living source of wisdom, memory, creativity, feeling, and soul.
The 9 Ways Around the Well is a practice of return—
a way of walking back into relationship with this inner source
until your life begins to move from it.
This is not a path of fixing.
It is a path of remembering.
Through nine simple and profound gateways—
intention, body, movement, breath, sound, story, expression, ritual, and living in ceremony—
we are gently guided into direct experience.
Not as an idea, but as something we can feel, sense, and trust.
Through practice, we begin to sense where we feel at home
and where life is asking us to grow.
We learn to stay with ourselves with care, awareness, and clarity.
We work in the circle, where everything belongs.
Where your question becomes a portal.
Where the field itself begins to guide.
In this space, we follow the intelligence of the body, the breath, and the field that connects us.
The work unfolds like a remembering—
like dreaming with your eyes open.
Insight rises naturally when you listen.
We begin to recognize that what we are seeking has always been here.
That our bodies carry wisdom.
That our voice carries truth.
That our life is already in conversation with something greater.
The Nine Ways form a circle.
It offers a living map we walk again and again.
And slowly, gently, in the circle we remember: We Are Whole

Pelvic Floor in Life & Movement
Why Pelvic Floor (30 min) - What and where the pelvic floor is, and why it's so important to know how to release and contract for optimal strength in all stages of life, from flatter lower abs to nervous system regulation
Activate Pelvic Floor (20 min) - We'll use our breath to contract and release and do 'straight up' DEEP core work - prepare to burn!
Integrate (25 min) - Slow flow vinyasa yoga to integrate breath, pelvic floor activation and cueing into balance and empowered movement.

Roll with It!

A Ball Rolling Workshop with Kim Spear. Ball rolling is a simple yet powerful form of myofascial release--helping to ease tension, increase mobility, and restore a sense of spaciousness in the body. It's the perfect Sunday reset. We'll finish with a short Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga), guiding you into deep rest so you leave feeling grounded, calm, and restored.
